Mixxtapes.org is an online retailer specializing in original, authentic physical CD-format mixtapes, as well as collectible hip-hop media.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using this Site, you affirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Product Information
We strive to accurately describe all products.
All mixtapes offered are original CDs, sourced from personal collections, collectors, estates, and other lawful resale channels.
We do not manufacture, duplicate, burn, or produce CDs.
Inventory changes daily, and items may sell out quickly. Availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.
No Digital Goods
Mixxtapes.org does not sell or distribute digital downloads, digital files, streaming content, or electronic copies of any kind.
All products sold are physical media only.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
We accept major payment methods as well as cryptocurrency, which appears as an option at the bottom of the checkout page.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
All orders ship within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and major holidays).
We ship from the United States using either USPS or UPS, depending on which option is most efficient and cost-effective for the destination.
A tracking number is automatically emailed to the buyer once the order ships.
Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, you may request an exchange. Exchanges are allowed when:
- The item received is defective
- The item received is materially different from its description
- The CD does not play properly
Last Copy Policy
If the item you purchased was our last remaining copy, we will either:
- Provide an exchange for another available title, or
- Notify you immediately when another copy arrives so you may obtain it once restocked.
To request an exchange, contact hello@mixxtapes.org within 7 days of delivery.
Limitations
Mixxtapes.org is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Improper use, handling, or storage of purchased media
- User attempts to digitize, copy, distribute, or convert copyrighted material
- Losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer

All trademarks, logos, artwork, and names referenced on this Site remain the property of their respective owners.
Mixxtapes.org is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with any record label, artist, DJ, producer, distributor, or rights organization.
Nothing on this Site grants permission to copy, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted material.
Order Errors & Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability

- Website performance or downtime
- Shipping carrier delays or errors

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product is an exchange as described above.
