Exchanges
We allow exchanges when:
- The item received is defective
- The item is materially different from its description
- The CD does not play properly
Last Copy Guarantee
If your item was our last copy, we will:
- Offer an exchange for another available title
- OR notify you immediately when another copy arrives

Conditions
- Return items must match original condition
- Exchange availability depends on inventory
- Alternatives of equal value may be offered
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by misuse
- Unauthorized returns
- Digital goods (not sold by us)
Exchange Shipping
If the issue was our error, we cover shipping.
Otherwise, the customer pays return shipping.
